When you place an order to purchase a treatment or product from Our Website, we will send you an e-mail confirming receipt of your order and containing the details of your order. Your order represents an offer to us to purchase a product which is accepted by us when we send e-mail confirmation to you that we've dispatched that product to you (the “Dispatch Confirmation E-mail”). That acceptance will be complete at the time we send the Dispatch Confirmation E-mail to you. Any products on the same order which we have not confirmed in a Dispatch Confirmation E-mail to have been dispatched do not form part of that contract.

The primary use that we make of personal information is to produce aggregate statistics about our customers, sales, traffic and related information but these statistics do not include any personally identifying information.

Tardiness

Please be courteous to the staff and other clients at Estetica Orleans and make sure you arrive on time for each appointment. If you are more than 15 minutes late, we may have to reschedule your appointment for another time. If you see you are running late, the best thing to do is let us know so we can minimize any disruption to our staff and other customers.

Need to Cancel?

What You Need to Know

We know that life sometimes gets in the way. That’s why we try to be as flexible as possible when it comes to cancelling appointments. If you cancel more than 24 hours before your set appointment, we’ll do our best to set up a better slot for you, no questions asked. If you cancel with less than 24 hours to go, we will have to charge an administration fee.
